Whenever I am having a bad day I always need to remind myself that bad days are temporary and that regardless I am on a path to greatness. I've been saying "I'm in love with person I'm becoming" for a while but I feel like it personally resonates with the message of the campaign. We all go through ups and downs as people and without those good and bad moments, you don't grow and learn. As expressed before, this campaign was also a reflection of myself and after experiencing trauma, you sometimes need to reroute and find the journey to loving yourself a little more.
This outfit changed multiple times from the original creation to make sure I included the message I wanted. It's a simple outfit - just a sweatshirt and some shorts. I kept changing it because the outfit did not fit the collection as well as I wanted it to. I ended up adding the mantra on the shirt, changing the color, adding the words Resistance 2020 underneath, and sewing on a few extra pearls.
